And then, M&M launched the all-new Scorpio with Intelli-Hybrid technology powered by a 1.99 Litre mHAWK engine.

2. Maruti Suzuki Ciaz SHVS:

The second car with mild hybrid technology on our list is the all-new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz SHVS, which has been recently moved to the premium Nexa dealership. This luxurious and power packed mid-sized sedan is built upon the SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) platform, which promises a lot of premium features. This premium sedan has recently got a facelift update, which makes it one of the best cars with mild hybrid technology in India.

The 2017 Maruti Suzuki Ciaz SHVS is powered by a 1.2-litre Multijet Diesel SHVS engine that promises an amazing power of 88.5 horsepower at 4000 RPM with the maximum torque of 200NM. Not only the engine, but the Ciaz SHVS is also great in terms of safety, comfort and convenience features. It promises to deliver a mileage of 28.09 kmpl.

3. Honda Accord Hybrid:

The third car on our list is again a sedan, but this time it comes from the Japanese automobile manufacturer – Honda. The Honda Accord comes loaded with the CBU unit, and it also gets a lot of advanced safety features, a lot of first in the segment. 4. Maruti Suzuki Ertiga SHVS:

The fourth place is captured India’s most trusted automobile brand – Maruti Suzuki. The LUV by Maruti – Ertiga is one of the fastest selling MUV in India, ever since its launch. And it with time, the Ertiga has also got many updates including facelifts too. Adding to the fun, the Maruti Suzuki rolled out the Ertiga SHVS variant, which is perfect in every aspect. It is a great combination of power, safety, comfort, and reliability.

The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga SHVS gets a 1.3-litre Multijet Diesel engine that is capable of producing 89bhp of power and 200NM of maximum torque. 5. Toyota Camry Hybrid:

And it later got reduced by 2.30 lacs due to the FAME India program. But the latest GST unified taxation system bought an adverse with increasing the price of this car with a huge margin. Keeping this aside, it is a well-known fact that the Toyota Camry Hybrid is one of the most powerful hybrid sedans in India.
